Jake joined the DiPerna Advisors team in February of 2021. He serves as an Analyst supporting DiPerna’s senior members by preparing financial models, credit reports, and disclosure documents as well as assisting in the execution of economic development and public infrastructure financing projects.

Prior to joining DiPerna Advisors, Jake was an investment banking analyst for KeyBanc Capital Markets’ Industrial Group. While at KeyBanc, Jake created financial/valuation models, prepared discussion materials, and participated in $500M worth of sell-side transactions across the Paper and Packaging, Building Products, and Aerospace and Defense sectors.

As an undergraduate student, Jake was an Ambassador for the Lindner College of Business presenting to prospective students and assisting in the recruitment process. He also participated in the Cooperative Education Program, interning at Messer Construction, Flynn & Company, and KeyBank while attaining his degree. Jake graduated from the University of Cincinnati in December of 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Jake also maintains a FINRA issued Series 50 securities license.
