R. Douglas Cassingham
Doug serves as a Vice President specializing in project and structured finance including the preparation of financial models, project credit reports, project term sheets, quantitative analyses for large scale, mixed use development projects and ongoing surveillance of the bond funds, where DiPerna Advisors serves as the Financial Advisor. After spending two years at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, he joined DiPerna Advisors in October of 2018 and has assisted in closing several bond transactions including Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) bonds to fund energy efficiency improvements and tax incremental financing (TIF) bonds and new community authority (NCA) bonds to fund public improvements.
At J.P. Morgan, Doug placed trades for the Global Liquidity business for large municipal and corporate clients, where he also served as a liaison between clients and in-house portfolio managers. Doug graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics. He maintains a FINRA issued Series 50 Securities License, is fluent in Mandarin and is a level 3 candidate for the Chartered Financial Analyst ("CFA") designation.
